Explanation of the

Esoteric Lord’s Prayer

Theos initially gave us this version of the Lord’s Prayer because everyone in the original group had issues with the exoteric version taught to us in church.

By giving us this version, Theos not only helped us settle down to utilizing this Prayer, but they also helped us see it with new eyes … and a new understanding of exactly what this Prayer is actually asking of the Hierarchy and the Great Creator, (also called the Central Spiritual Sun, the Solar Light, or WaheGuru).

The first 3 lines are obviously very similar to the original, exoteric Prayer. Have to say a couple of the group members didn’t even want to use the name “Father.” Understandable from the perspective of gender prejudice so rampant on Earth just now. Substituting one of the other names for our Great Creator, was an easy “fix,” helping the group to more easily energize the Prayer.

So, to begin: “Our Solar Light Who art in Heaven, Sacred is Thy Name.”

The Kingdom of Souls is Come ~ this is the True meaning of “Thy Kingdom Come.” The Solar Light’s Kingdom is the Kingdom of Souls, the 5th Kingdom. The Kingdom of Humanity is evolving toward the 5th Kingdom, (the first 4 are, in ascending order: 1-Mineral, 2-Plant, 3-Animal and 4-Human). Once enough folks have established a strong, stable connection to their Souls … and are in the process of Becoming their Souls … when that is established with enough Souls, the Kingdom of Souls will come to Earth in great enough numbers to shift the energies here to a higher octave…….

Divine Will Be Done … on Earth as it is in the Higher Realms ~ clearly, Divine Will is the Will of our Creator and this is just a restatement of “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” We are bringing Divine Will to Earth and transmitting for the Wills to be anchored here and to unfold The Plan, (Great Creator’s Plan for Humanity … and through Humanity, The Plan for the other lower Kingdoms).

Show us the Way of Abundant Faith and Trust in every moment ~ This is the meaning inherent in “Give us this day our daily bread.” This verse is asking us to trust that our Creator will provide for our daily needs. There was a lot of group discussion about this line and we felt there was a connection here that was implied but needed to be asked openly. Show us the Way – this is asking to be shown how to walk the Path … but recognizing that walking the Path requires us to have faith and trust in our Souls to provide what we need to walk the Way.

Faith and Trust in the minds of the group members were deep issues, needing definite transformation. As Theos often says: “Lip service works.” So here we are giving the power of our voice to ask for help with Faith and Trust.

The abundant part? The group was formed at a point in our growth where material abundance wasn’t a given, (in every moment, no less), so instead of just asking for materiality, we decided to ask for an abundance of the qualities we felt we lacked or needed more help to express, which would ultimately lead to our needs being met in every moment. Testimonial here: It worked.

And teach us how to Forgive ourselves … so we will Know how to Forgive others ~ “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” This was an issue for all of us but this was a huge issue for some of us. It was a mighty struggle to find it within to forgive ourselves … and to forgive others for certain things … for some of us, it seemed beyond us. There were some things we weren’t even sure we wanted to forgive.

Despite transmitting Divine Will steadily to this request, it took us years before we were ready for the steps Theos eventually gave us to follow. (There are some information or techniques we all must grow into before Theos can give us more information or help.) Learning to forgive ourselves took longer for some of us to learn than forgiving others did. But it did happen and now forgiveness is something we know how to do … for ourselves … and for others.

The most amazing part? How delighted we are when we find places, people, events, etc., we haven’t yet forgiven. It’s Freedom.

Freedom from the negative thoughts and emotions that are carried on the backs of people, places, and events that are asking us to forgive them. (Whether the people involved are asking or not, our Souls want us to forgive and release ourselves ~ and Soul ~ from the karma unforgiven people, places, and events in our lives create.)

If you are struggling with forgiving anything or anyone, see: #22 “Forgiveness” in Essential Concepts for the steps Theos has given the group, which we can now offer to you.

Light our Way through glamours and illusions ~ “Lead us not into temptation.” This verse and the next were both problematic for all of us. Why would God lead us into temptation?

Theos says the verse “Lead us not into temptation” was wrongly translated. The words of the Master Jesus Christ should have read: “Lead us out of temptation” … or “away from temptation.” This gave us a line that turned the verse into a greater expression of its intended request: By lighting our Way through glamours and illusions, we are asking our Solar Light to help us see the glamours and illusions that are our temptations … a temptation to believe that this illusion we live in is real ~ acting and interacting with it as if it were real, sometimes believing in “dire” consequences. See: #52 “Is This Moving?”  And the temptation to hold onto that which we need to let go, putting emotional “glue” on everything we encounter, and pursuing personality desires that are not in our highest good. See: #35 “Stuck To You Like Gorilla Glue” in Essential Concepts.

For information on the meaning of glamours and illusions as Theos defines them, See: “The Glossary,” a link on The Library page.

And we will not stray into maya ~ Remembering that maya is “spiritually purposeless activity.” What you might call “time-wasters,” or distractions, or just plain avoiding doing the things you know are good for your growth and good for your Soul connection. Maya leads you away from your highest good and is usually connected to glamours or the illusions causing the glamours. Or both.

There is a definition of maya, See: “The Glossary,” a link on The Library page.

Theos saw no need to change the last lines of the Prayer and we learned to embrace them. The Truth is, these are the Creators’ Kingdoms, Creator has the Power over all Kingdoms, and this is a Glorious creation, worthy of our praise.

So, “For Thine are the Kingdoms, the Power, and the Glory, Forever and Ever.”

At the close, Theos wanted us to remember that this Prayer was meant to include everyone and all faith systems. Hence the last verse is comprised of the way in which various religions close their prayers. Pronunciations are as follows:

Amen = Ah-men
Sha’lom = Shah-ah-loam
Namaste = Nah-ma-stay
Om = O-mmm
Soha = Sew-ha
Shima = She-ma
Aum = Ah-uhm
