The flame, the light Divine, recedes, but the internal spark of Soul remains, creating transformation through that which is illumined

The Sun and Moon are squared at the moment of Third Quarter.

The Sun and Moon are again at odds in this configuration, just as they were in First Quarter. However, this square, at this juncture in the Cycle, is an “older, wiser” square, putting the tension exactly where it needs to be for maximum perception and consequently, the ideal Reorientation. This is the Phase in which Soul is closest to us in our “hour of need.” This square is/can be a painful challenge to who we think we are, (Sun), and to who we feel we are, (Moon). The resulting clear vision comes through Soul Love. Spend more time with Soul in this Phase, especially, and transmit the Will to Cause.

You might experience Third Quarter as a very intense ~ and tense ~ energy, or possibly the opposite … depending on how much Soul contact you have and how often you think to call upon the Will to Cause. Mental surrender to what is … is the necessary attitude to move beyond the confrontational nature of this Phase.

Third Quarter may also be experienced as areas of tension in the body and the mind. (Often upsetting the belly.) You might find yourself arguing with your inner self or worrying. You may find your jaw, neck, or shoulders feeling tight or knotted. These are definitely manifestations of Ray 3. You could expect a lighter experience of these types of sensations by calling upon the Will to Cause and yourSelf as Soul.

Theos has now added the recommendation that we add one or more of the Exercises with the Will to Act presented to the 2nd Divine Will Class ~ and the extended information included with whichever Exercise you choose to do. This accomplishes three things: 1 ~ it will relieve the tension created by the schism introduced by the Square of 3rd Quarter and whatever resistance exists to Soul-alignment and surrender; 2 ~ the Will to Cause and the Will to Act are meant to work together in a closer relationship than exists between any other 2 Wills of Attribute …. this relationship is one of discovery, (Will to Act), and ownership of whatever is discovered, (Will to Cause), part of everyone’s Path here involves this discovery and ownership relationship … especially when what is discovered is less than desirable to the personality; 3 ~ It supersedes any discordant energy introduced by the Sign on the cusp of the Phase. (You all need to add Awareness of that “modifier” of the energies of the Phase and Will involved. Modifiers can significantly change the result of the mix of energies and how you experience them.)

Theos: This is also the point in the Cycle ~ in part, through integration ~ in which you “set” your creations in motion, (you need to think about how this occurs and a hint is in the statement), by the partnering of the Will to Cause with the Will to Build Divinity. (We are here talking literally.) You might find it surprising the diversity that is the Will to Cause … a very understudied Will, (by literally everyone involved, including the Tibetan in his discourse on Ray 6), so take this into consideration and see what occurs to you.

You’ve also made progress in bringing your intention to life, but you may notice it has manifested differently from your initial visualizations, depending upon whether or not you’ve asked for help.

At this point in the Cycle, we’ve gained our reorientation through Soul contact, and now the task of integrating what we’ve learned and discovered stands before us.
