This is the Phase in which we Initiate the new thought pattern we want to establish for the Cycle.
The Will to Initiate has 4 distinctly different energies which it emanates/radiates. Throughout the Cycle we are now choosing one Quality from the Will to Initiate/Will to Be to facilitate the Phase … a Quality you feel will help you the most with your intention for this Phase.

Combine the energy of the Conjunction with the energy of the Sign on the cusp, along with the energy of Pluto, to help with your focus for this Phase. Spend time during the Phase to explore these energies. How do they feel to you? Do they combine easily? If they don’t feel smooth or easily combined, how do they feel? Awareness is key to understanding how you are affected by this Phase and the energies contained within it.
Which Qualities from your Totem Friends can you choose to make this Phase better? What Qualities can you choose to bring more insights, more revelations, or a greater ability to initiate the desired changes in your daily life?

Fohat ~ Symbolized by the lightening bolt, this IS the energy of Initiation, that which starts everything anew, bringing insights and revelations. It is best exemplified in the Hung Vajra Peh mantra. Visualize Fohat gently striking your crown chakra and Its energy infusing all your forms and fields with Its power to inspire and to expand your consciousness.
Rings of Knowing ~ Donut-shaped rings of light in varying sizes, this is the energy to invoke for more information about the insight(s) or revelation(s) we received from invoking Fohat. The Rings drop down the crown chakra and settle along your central pole of light, bringing more information about your issues and intents.
Sword of Truth ~ Most recently symbolized by the flaming sword of St. Germaine, this energy brings “Truthfulness Arising out of Absolute Fearlessness.” We invoke this energy to “rend the veils of illusion” about anything that blocks our growth around the insight(s) or revelation(s) we receive and we’ll be transmitting to and working with those insights and revelations throughout the current Moon Cycle. When we visualize raising the Sword of Truth, we signal Soul-Self that we are ready to see beyond our illusions and to know the Truth about ourselves, our issues and intents.
Flames of Purification ~ These Violet Flames of the Red-Violet variety, these are the energy that releases old mental patterns and habits, thereby making room for the new thought pattern we intend to establish for ourselves in the current Cycle. These are the flames that do not burn, yet flame eternal, always available to release the thought elementals from their bondage, liberating our minds and hearts of that which blocks our highest good.
