Words

Words and sentences … through texts or emails, or those you overhear someone talking about something that is related to what’s going on in your life, or someone you meet talks about things you’ve been thinking about or wanting to know about, or it could be messages of encouragement, comfort, or confirmation. Pay attention to these types of situations as they are all around us. Sudden Thoughts

Have you ever experienced a sudden thought dropping into your mind out of nowhere? This can be a random idea, a solution, or something you feel inspired to do. It’s often a sign from the Universe to you.

This also applies to the people in our lives. If you are out shopping and you suddenly think of your Aunt Zelda whom you haven’t seen in years, this is a message of some kind, whether some idea or belief she has that’s relevant to what you were thinking or doing; how she talks about herself; etc., ideas or beliefs you have taken on as your own and you’re being asked to examine whatever it is. It could also be a signal to get in touch with her.

Sounds/Songs/Music

Ever have a tune stuck in your head? Did you think to ask yourself why this particular song is tenaciously clinging to your awareness? Have you heard a song on the radio and immediately thought of something from your past? Or a song whose lyrics suddenly strike you and get you thinking? Is there some particular noise that brings up memories? The universe can use these sounds, songs, tunes, or lyrics to convey important information to you.

“Chance” meetings

There are no coincidences.

When you experience a “chance” meeting, you can be sure the Universe is sending you some kind of message. Pay close attention to the encounter and later, when you have time to journal, explore the details and general tone of the meeting. If there were serious discussions, or just gossip, be sure to look for the mirrors and all the opportunities to grow being presented to you through this coinkydink.

Signs

Literal signs, such as road signs, billboards, and any kind of posts on Instagram or Facebook etc. If there’s a sign for you, you will know it, sense it, feel its significance. Some of the funniest messages from the Universe come to us through the signs we see everyday. Pay attention!

Recurring events/repeated messages

This could be a dream that keeps recurring, or an experience, or specific words/phrases that keep repeating themselves to you, and so on. If something seem to be stuck in your head, or you have thoughts/ideas that keep coming up, start asking yourself what it means. Where’s the mirror? What’s the relationship between things you’ve asked to know and what’s happening around you?

There’s a reason why you’re being ‘bombarded’ with these messages. Find it.

Numbers

You see number sequences like 111 or 11:11. It can be any number … your “favorite” number, some number that strikes you as significant.

Look up the meaning of the numbers online and see if it resonates with where you’re at or what you’ve been thinking about recently or things you’ve been asking for guidance on. There are lots of numerology sites online, look for one that “clicks” with you. Explore the meanings, see what the Universe is telling you through numbers.

Unexpected Invitations

If you get invited somewhere you don’t normally go, or to do something you don’t ordinarily do, or if someone contacts you out of nowhere with an opportunity or offer, don’t be so quick to dismiss it out of habit. Turn inward for a moment and ask yourself if accepting the invitation feels right to you. Sometimes magic comes when we take a “chance” and do something different.

Confirmations

You’re thinking about what you’d like to do next and the dog next door barks. You’re trying to decide which course of action is the right one and a car horn blows. You’re talking to a friend about some new insight you’ve had and one of your Totem Friends comes into the yard while you’re talking. You’re writing in your journal, asking for guidance on a decision you want to make and a bookmark falls out of a book you haven’t read in a while. On the book mark is a message that applies perfectly to the decision you want to make.

The Universe has myriad ways to give you confirmation about just about anything you can think to think, say, or do. It’s a game the Universe is always willing to play, often in hilarious ways. Be open!

You just Know

You have a strong inner knowing about something and no matter how pressing a situation might be, fear and worry are completely gone and you’re filled with a strange and unusual sense of inner peace that seems unshakeable (and it is).

Nothing can sway you away from what you Know from your Soul and there’s nothing about the situation that generates fear in you.

Animals

We call them Animal Totem Friends and boy have they got a sense of humor! Our animal friends often “come out of nowhere” and leave just as quickly, message sent. They never hesitate to photobomb your moment in memorable ways, camera or not. Continuous sightings or repeatedly hearing the voice of a particular animal is another way in which the Universe can message us. Dreams

Dreams come to us on many levels. Sleep is a time when our physical body is at rest but our Consciousness is interacting with Soul, our Guides, Angels, and the Higher Beings. What you may consider a dream might actually have been astral traveling and you are remembering where you went, how you got there, what happened, etc. On some level, in some guise, our dreams are also messages from ourselves as Soul, delivered in a memorable way.

Try keeping a journal and a pen next to your bed so that you can write your dreams down as soon as you wake up. Sometimes they are vividly unforgettable … when you journal you tend to remember a lot more of the details. Sometimes, they are like fog on a breezy night, drifting away from you as you wake up. A journal can help you capture important parts of the dream and might also bring events into clearer focus.

Synchronicity and Flow

Synchronicity is an experience of two or more events that occur in a meaningful manner which are causally unrelated. The events just “magically” come together and all the elements function harmoniously together as if they were planned that way.

The right people come into your life at the right time. Tools and things you need just appear to you as you need them.

When you are thinking about someone just before they call or text … or you bump into them in person. When you do, they tell you something you’ve been wanting to know, bring a gift of something you needed but didn’t have.

Synchronicity is one of the most powerful ways the Universe speaks to us and the more Soul-aligned we are, the more often synchronicity happens.
