Healing by Heart, Mind, and Spirit
Healing by Heart, Mind, and Spirit:
True Healing is a complex subject with many factors contributing to an illness or disease. It is not possible to cover all of those factors here in Essential Concepts. Therefore, We present here a “brief” overview of 7 Steps leading to True Healing, including some of the most important factors regarding True Healing. We define True Healing as one that addresses not just the physical form, but also the emotional body, as well as the mental body. This triplicity is a combination that brings Spiritual Healing, as well. Before we begin this Essential Concept, it is of paramount importance for you to clearly answer one question: What is your belief system around health and healing? Be honest with yourself and own the Truth, whatever that may be. Before you go any further into this Essential Concept, it is vitally important to establish what your belief system really is. If you are a firm believer in conventional medicine and feel it is the only real way to cure a disease or illness, you must follow that belief ~ to go against it is pure folly. If you choose to go against your own beliefs, you will only get to experience your lack of faith in any alternative treatment. If you have a serious illness or disease, it is our heartfelt advice for you to seek well-respected, traditional health practitioners and treatments. Until such time as your information on the physical form is more complete and your mind has expanded to allow for new beliefs, only then will the following information be of any Real use to you.

Before we share a brief overview of the 7 Essential Steps to True Healing, we would like to give you some general information. There is a mystery around True Healing. The mystery is how it happens. While it is not our place to reveal that mystery to you, we can offer you some hints and clues to ponder. In point of fact, the physical body is a minuscule part of True Healing. That meat suit of yours is only the reflection of the healing being done in the Heart, Mind, and Psyche. Psyche, as in the total personage that includes the Personality, but simultaneously, is also just a particular aspect of it. In one definite respect, the Psyche is that which links thoughts to emotions. It is also one of the ties that bind you to this reality, and to this physical body. In consideration of this fact, it’s important to include the Psyche in whatever healing program you undertake. You do this through Soul-Alignment and including your Soul when asking for help. Now, as you’ll recall, thoughts are magnetic to the energy necessary to complete themselves. But what is the energy that Causes the thought to precipitate? Of what energy is the manifested/precipitated thought made from? You could say that there is a pool of energy from which the manifested/precipitated thoughts draw in order to materialize here in this reality. Where’s that pool of energy? And what is in that pool of energy?

Beyond astrology and genealogy, there are the stresses and experiences of the current lifetime that will determine whether or not the astrological or genealogical factors add to the weight of those “droplets” of energy until they become so heavy as to precipitate. And be assured, cancer ~ and any other serious illness ~ is precipitated … never manifested. Always subconsciously, by unattended thoughts of hurt, resentments, envy, bitterness, jealousy, long-held secrets of the painful type, anger, shame, grief, hatreds, (often directed at or linked to the physical body), fear, victimization of some kind, worry, and hopelessness, among other strong emotional reactions to those thoughts. Long-standing martyrhood can bring it on … often quicker than some of the other causes. With martyrhood, you get a twofer: victimization and hatred of the self/Personality/Spirit ~ which depends on the circumstances involved. Thinking God is punishing you for some perceived wrong is not an option. Cancer and every other serious illness or disease was clearly a thought held in the mind of God or else it wouldn’t exist here … and that’s the reason every single human body has cancer cells in it. But it’s your thoughts that precipitated the disease. Even if the tendency is genealogical, what determines whether or not it precipitates? You do. By any of those root causes held tight, usually in secret even to the Personality, and therefore precipitated. This is not blame … it is taking responsibility … and it is the Hope for a complete cure.

So then … how does one actually cure a disease like cancer? What follows is a very brief overview of 7 essential steps to True Healing, along with links to corresponding sections here on Essential Concepts: 1 ~ Identification of the issue(s), the opportunity(s) being presented, and any resistance(s) you may have around the issue(s); 2 ~ Ask for Help; 3 ~ Calling upon and Cooperating with the Violet Flame, the Healing Angels, the Devas, and the Directors; 4 ~ Transmit, Transmit, Transmit; 5 ~ Affirmations, Mantras, Lip Service; 6 ~ Allow, Receive, Integrate; 7 ~ Believe, Believe, Believe.

Finding and working on the root cause(s) and opening the heart to Receive the healing that comes with working the issue(s), together bring unlooked for benefits. Because “working” an issue consists not only of identifying and understanding the issue(s), but also Forgiving whatever or whoever needs Forgiveness, especially yourself for whatever part you have played in precipitating the illness. That’s the responsibility part … and be assured if a disease has been precipitated ~ you, and your thoughts ~ definitely played a part in its precipitation. Again, not blame, rather responsibility. Even genealogy requires a trigger. If you have a disease, your thoughts were the trigger that set the precipitation in motion. This, of course, does not apply to juvenile onset of any disease. There, the cause can be a lot harder to determine, but the most common is karma of some kind … or, repeated worries by the parents or loved ones that create the atmosphere in which illness thrives ~ but it must be in the highest good of ALL for it to precipitate. (Remember: recognizing that you played a part in creating the illness IS in your highest good. We must all learn to own our creations … and the power that comes with this ability.)

Once you’ve established what kind of thoughts precipitated your condition, the next step is to identify what are the opportunity/opportunities being presented here? You do this by looking for the good in your illness, injury, or disease. Everyone in our group has faced a serious and/or life-threatening illness or disease, so we’re not talking out of our hat. We Know what it is to face a serious health crisis … but we also Know what it is to find the good in every single challenge that has come our way. It’s there, trust us … and keep looking … keep an open mind and, if you get stuck, Ask for Help. So often this exercise in looking for the good leads to even more spiritual growth, which ultimately leads to True Healing. During this entire identification of the mental cause and identifying the opportunities being presented, you often find resistance(s) popping up during your exploration of the issue(s). This is a part of your personality that resists change ~ even positive change gets the cold shoulder. Here’s where journaling is massively important. Journaling will definitely help you find where you have resistance to helping yourself to wellness. As odd as it sounds, we all have parts of ourselves that don’t want to get well. Usually, there’s some kind of under-the-table payoff for remaining sick. By that we mean that there is some hidden benefit you derive from being sick … someone’s extra attention, kindness or gentleness you don’t usually receive, time off from work, from kids, from the world ~ these are just a few ideas of what that under-the-table payoff could be. It’s crucial to be honest with yourself … and, here again, journaling is incredibly helpful. Also, don’t forget to Ask for Help.

And speaking of help, there are several excellent books on healing and many other subjects listed in the Reading Room.

You might have noticed that there are two different links on the words “Transmit” on the above list of 7 steps to True Healing. The first “Transmit” is a link to general, introductory information contained here in Essential Concepts. We’ve linked one page of The Library to the third “Transmit” because there you will find actual Qualities of the 7 Rays and the 7 Divine Wills. Additionally, there are 2 sets of basic meditations introducing you to the 7 Divine Wills, one each for two different groups who learned the Qualities in physical classes. If you wish to learn the Wills, you can read the information included in the link to the 3rd “Transmit” listed above and listen to the meditations. We encourage you to do both, in that order. Read the information first, then listen to the corresponding meditation. It doesn’t matter which set of meditations you listen to … you can even listen to both, it may prove helpful. The only thing further to say here is this: invoking and evoking Divine Will transmissions to every single aspect of your life is the single most transformational, life enhancing thing you could ever do.

First, as we mentioned above, you test the information for its Truth and its relevance to you and your Path. That’s really important … don’t blindly accept something just because someone you consider an authority said it. Test it! Make sure it is also True for you. Once you’ve established its Truth and relevance to you, now begins the process of integration. Make no mistake, integration is a process. It takes time, patience, and perseverance to integrate knowledge fully into yourself. But the process is not complicated. In fact, you’ve already read about it numerous times here on the website. You’ve seen it over and over, in various places.

7 ~ If you have not yet listened to “Why This, Why Me, Why Now?” on The Elevator, please do so before you begin reading this section. As discussed elsewhere on this website, there are 6 basic raw materials from which we either precipitate or manifest everything in our lives. Those raw materials are: thoughts, beliefs, emotions, attitudes, choices, and decisions. Of those 6, three are far easier to change than the other 3 … to draw an analogy to astrology, you could say that three were fixed, while the other three were cardinal/mutable.
Clearly, since everything begins with a thought, thoughts are cardinal, (initiating), energy. As the energy set in motion by those thoughts, emotions are notoriously changeable, (mutable), easily swayed by any number of factors. Being a result of using your imagination, choices are also subject to change from moment to moment, depending on your state of mind.
Beliefs, attitudes, and decisions, however, tend to be static and unchanging, (fixed) … never changed unless through diligent effort.
Google defines a belief as: “an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.”
Theos defines a belief as: “a firmly held idea which is not required to be factual or true … it only has to be credible to the person holding the belief.”
A belief starts with a decision you made ~ from the choices you thought you had at the time ~ regardless of whether or not you were consciously aware of making a decision to believe. Some idea, by some source you considered an authority ~ be it a person, something you read or saw or heard ~ persuaded you to believe that idea.
Then, in order for that decision to become a belief, you must continue to make that same decision to believe that idea, over and over again, until it becomes an integrated part of your belief system. By that time, it’s definitely subconscious and entrenched.
Of all the raw materials, it is belief systems that run this illusion. When you consider this illusion is constructed entirely of thought, what then is belief, if not the structure through which the thoughts flow? A belief system is a group of beliefs, centering on a specific subject, person, activity, or group.
We will say belief systems are amply aided by the attitudes that generally accompany them.
By the very nature of any belief structure, your attitudes also determine what new information you will accept and what information you will discard because it does not fit within the structure of your belief system. New information that directly challenges or contradicts the firmly held beliefs will be the most difficult to accept and the most likely to be discarded without further investigation.
Remember: attitudes are crystallized emotions ~ a set way of reacting to anything that “rocks the boat” in the belief system that underlies the attitude. These two are inextricably tied to one another. Every belief system is accompanied by a certain type of attitude that exists solely to uphold the belief system. To perpetuate it.
At this point, it’s important that you now grasp the significance of knowing what the beliefs you hold are. As you become familiar with the beliefs you hold, your belief systems will come into clearer view.

Here’s a for instance that may be familiar: you believe that eating butter will raise your cholesterol and make you fat. Coupled with that belief, is a belief that eating too much fruit will also make you fat and increase your blood glucose to a unhealthy level. The same kind of beliefs govern how much bread, pasta, potatoes, sweets, etc., you eat … your beliefs about food govern how much you eat, when you eat, what you eat, what you “should” do after you eat, etc., ad nauseam. That’s a belief system, governing a whole range of different beliefs, but all focused on the same element ~ food.
Only you can know how many belief systems you carry around with you every day, but rest assured, there are more of them than you might imagine and those you have concerning health and healing are more varied, complex, and pervasive than you know. This is why we strongly encourage you to sit down and do an Emotional Bankruptcy on your health, your beliefs about health, your beliefs about modern medicine (all types: pills, supplements, shots, vaccines, procedures, and surgeries, to name a few), and any other aspects to your health. Only then will you clearly know what modalities will help you heal and those which will not. This is especially important if you are facing a serious health crisis … this is literally no time to “switch horses in the middle of the stream.” If your beliefs dictate that you should follow conventional medicine, then do so. If you find that you are open to alternative healing methods, then pursue that course. No mode of medicine is more important than your beliefs about them. Remember: your beliefs create your reality … face the current crisis and follow your own inner wisdom about what path you should take to healing.

Key to True Healing is understanding … True understanding. The kind that comes from Knowing what it is that requires healing, doing the inner work, asking for help, calling upon the Angels, Devas and Directors, invoking the Violet Flame, Transmitting Divine Will, opening yourself up to Forgiveness, Allowing your healing to take place, and Believing that healing your condition is possible. And that is, in a nutshell, what True Healing is all about.
