This Great Being is also known as the Universal Mind and embodies a field of consciousness within the Mind of God where all ideas and blueprints for the manifested world exist. It is unlimited and infinitely intelligent, containing endless possibilities. This Will is creative, fluid, dynamic, ever-changing … moving all life into greater alignment with Divine Purpose.

In some respects, the Will to Evolve is the product of the combined energies of the Will to Initiate and the Will to Unify, giving this Will the ability to not only actively conceive and receive ideas and concepts, but also the power to render those concepts and ideas into words ~ to comprehend complex patterns of thought and having the ability to explain them.

These abilities create the skillful communicator who can modify and qualify for the sake of accuracy, being both subtle and significant in expression. This Will also includes an easy facility with learning, speaking, and understanding languages.

This is also called the Will of Active Intelligence, where the raw insights and revelations we received from the Will to Initiate are now rigorously analyzed, expanded, evolved and adapted, bringing complex understanding on many different levels and in many different areas. This in turn brings all ideas and concepts to higher and higher turns of the evolutionary spiral, leading to greater and greater expansions of awareness. Ultimately, this Will’s energy leads to wide views on all subjects, leading to wisdom, and finally to omniscience.

Theos also calls this the Will to Adapt, emphasizing the importance of intelligent evolution leading to the creation of those forms which conform to the Divine Blueprint and help bring about the fulfillment of the Divine Plan of our Creator. This is not the Will of change for change’s sake ~ whatever changes are made must make what is created better in some way.

Another very important function of this Will is to bring all ideas and thoughts into manifestation, (or precipitation), transforming them from energy into physical matter. It is the underlying force that allows matter to respond to mind.
