Healing by Heart, Mind, and Spirit

Healing by Heart, Mind, and Spirit:

True Healing is a complex subject with many factors contributing to an illness or disease. It is not possible to cover all of those factors here in Essential Concepts. Therefore, We present here a “brief” overview of 7 Steps leading to True Healing, including some of the most important factors regarding True Healing. We define True Healing as one that addresses not just the physical form, but also the emotional body, as well as the mental body. This triplicity is a combination that brings Spiritual Healing, as well. Before we begin this Essential Concept, it is of paramount importance for you to clearly answer one question: What is your belief system around health and healing? Be honest with yourself and own the Truth, whatever that may be. Before you go any further into this Essential Concept, it is vitally important to establish what your belief system really is. If you are a firm believer in conventional medicine and feel it is the only real way to cure a disease or illness, you must follow that belief ~ to go against it is pure folly. If you choose to go against your own beliefs, you will only get to experience your lack of faith in any alternative treatment. If you have a serious illness or disease, it is our heartfelt advice for you to seek well-respected, traditional health practitioners and treatments. Until such time as your information on the physical form is more complete and your mind has expanded to allow for new beliefs, only then will the following information be of any Real use to you.

Before we share a brief overview of the 7 Essential Steps to True Healing, we would like to give you some general information. There is a mystery around True Healing. The mystery is how it happens. While it is not our place to reveal that mystery to you, we can offer you some hints and clues to ponder. In point of fact, the physical body is a minuscule part of True Healing. That meat suit of yours is only the reflection of the healing being done in the Heart, Mind, and Psyche. Psyche, as in the total personage that includes the Personality, but simultaneously, is also just a particular aspect of it. In one definite respect, the Psyche is that which links thoughts to emotions. It is also one of the ties that bind you to this reality, and to this physical body. In consideration of this fact, it’s important to include the Psyche in whatever healing program you undertake. You do this through Soul-Alignment and including your Soul when asking for help. Now, as you’ll recall, thoughts are magnetic to the energy necessary to complete themselves. But what is the energy that Causes the thought to precipitate? Of what energy is the manifested/precipitated thought made from? You could say that there is a pool of energy from which the manifested/precipitated thoughts draw in order to materialize here in this reality. Where’s that pool of energy? And what is in that pool of energy?

It’s good to think of these energies in terms of pools. Clouds could be called pools … we’re talking weather clouds, which are “a visible mass of water droplets or ice crystals that floats in the sky.” Even the language suggests that clouds are related to pools. They say the droplets “float” in the sky ~ drawn together, how? What starts a cloud? What ends a cloud? What starts a tumor? What ends a tumor? How are those cancer cells that exist inside every human body, drawn together to form a tumor? How are those droplets of water that exist in the air drawn together to form a cloud? “Tiny particles, called condensation nuclei, (like dust, salt crystals, or even smoke), are present in the air and provide surfaces for water vapor to condense onto.” So, what kind of condensation nuclei provide a surface for cancer cells to condense or attach onto? It’s important to really consider these questions when attempting to understand and Know what it is in your mind and heart that requires healing. Because that is the energy that provided a gathering point for a tumor.
Location of a tumor or any illness is an important consideration. It tells a story about your thoughts and the energy they drew to you. Clearly, the energy was emotional in nature. Cancer ~ or any illness or disease ~ is as much about emotion(s) as it is the disease itself … you could almost say it’s a disease of the emotions. Like stress, cancer or any illness is caused by unresolved emotional turmoil … whether here, now, in this lifetime … or from some other, unresolved past lifetime. The answer to that point may reside in your 12th House. The Moon in the 12th House can be especially troublesome in this regard. The placement of Pluto can also be significantly helpful in examining any cancer issues ~ both natally and by transit. Pluto is a primary factor in the rise of cancer, especially in the United States, as Pluto has now returned to the same astrological and astronomical place in the heavens as it was in 1776, the year of the inception of this country … which was founded in resistance and war that stemmed from bitterness and resentment against the English monarchy.

Beyond astrology and genealogy, there are the stresses and experiences of the current lifetime that will determine whether or not the astrological or genealogical factors add to the weight of those “droplets” of energy until they become so heavy as to precipitate. And be assured, cancer ~ and any other serious illness ~ is precipitated … never manifested. Always subconsciously, by unattended thoughts of hurt, resentments, envy, bitterness, jealousy, long-held secrets of the painful type, anger, shame, grief, hatreds, (often directed at or linked to the physical body), fear, victimization of some kind, worry, and hopelessness, among other strong emotional reactions to those thoughts. Long-standing martyrhood can bring it on … often quicker than some of the other causes. With martyrhood, you get a twofer: victimization and hatred of the self/Personality/Spirit ~ which depends on the circumstances involved. Thinking God is punishing you for some perceived wrong is not an option. Cancer and every other serious illness or disease was clearly a thought held in the mind of God or else it wouldn’t exist here … and that’s the reason every single human body has cancer cells in it. But it’s your thoughts that precipitated the disease. Even if the tendency is genealogical, what determines whether or not it precipitates? You do. By any of those root causes held tight, usually in secret even to the Personality, and therefore precipitated. This is not blame … it is taking responsibility … and it is the Hope for a complete cure.

That resentment thing? A common cause of cancer among health nuts and athletes. Constant competition ticks off more than one of the boxes of root causes. And it is one reason why this disease plagues a goodly number of LightWorkers. See, “Competing and Comparing“. What constitutes a health nut? A person so obsessed with preserving, improving, and perfecting the physical form to the exclusion of any Real spiritual life. Cancer for them is mainly a wake-up call to open their minds and hearts to a deeper level of being.
Okay, so at this point you may be asking how can a thought … or a series of repeated thoughts … create an illness in the physical body? Unfortunately, it’s pretty doggone easy. A thought begins to repeat … eventually blazing a pathway onto neurotransmitters in the brain. See,Repetition“. The mental energy of those thoughts has now become physical by leaving its imprint on the physical brain. From there, through the network of nerves that connect every single area of the body to the brain, the energy of illness, cancer, or disease begins to make its way to the place on the body on which the thoughts, and its attendant emotions, were focused or where it was meant to manifest. It’s the unresolved emotions around the initiating thought that is the condensation nuclei and they are magnetic to the cells that are susceptible to the corresponding illness. In the case of cancer, it’s literally like the old song: “I’ve got you under my skin.”

So then … how does one actually cure a disease like cancer? What follows is a very brief overview of 7 essential steps to True Healing, along with links to corresponding sections here on Essential Concepts: 1 ~ Identification of the issue(s), the opportunity(s) being presented, and any resistance(s) you may have around the issue(s); 2 ~ Ask for Help; 3 ~ Calling upon and Cooperating with the Violet Flame, the Healing Angels, the Devas, and the Directors; 4 ~ Transmit, Transmit, Transmit; 5 ~ Affirmations, Mantras, Lip Service; 6 ~ Allow, Receive, Integrate; 7 ~ Believe, Believe, Believe.

1 ~ Identify the issue. To state the importance of Awareness of one’s thoughts is near impossible to convey beyond stating again, for the record, that you create everything in your life … and that includes any illness you may contract. See, Change Your Thoughts. One of the best ways to track your thoughts and identify what the issue(s) are, is to keep a healing journal. See, Why You Really Need A Journal“. Or See,Keeping a Journal.” Take time out of your day to journal about the causes identified by Louise Hay in her books “Heal Your Body” and “You Can Heal Your Life.” Both of these books are hugely helpful in finding the root thought(s) causing your illness. After more than 20 years of keeping “Heal Your Body” near me at all times, I have yet to find a wrong diagnosis in either one of these books. Take her seriously, Louise Hay knows what she’s talking about. Also, at the back of “Heal Your Body” Louise has a page called “Loving Treatment” which is absolutely awesome and highly recommended. If you have studied the 7 Divine Wills, transmit the Will to Act to Know what the issue(s) are. There is always a reason for the location or focal point of an illness or disease. Look for it.

Finding and working on the root cause(s) and opening the heart to Receive the healing that comes with working the issue(s), together bring unlooked for benefits. Because “working” an issue consists not only of identifying and understanding the issue(s), but also Forgiving whatever or whoever needs Forgiveness, especially yourself for whatever part you have played in precipitating the illness. That’s the responsibility part … and be assured if a disease has been precipitated ~ you, and your thoughts ~ definitely played a part in its precipitation. Again, not blame, rather responsibility. Even genealogy requires a trigger. If you have a disease, your thoughts were the trigger that set the precipitation in motion. This, of course, does not apply to juvenile onset of any disease. There, the cause can be a lot harder to determine, but the most common is karma of some kind … or, repeated worries by the parents or loved ones that create the atmosphere in which illness thrives ~ but it must be in the highest good of ALL for it to precipitate. (Remember: recognizing that you played a part in creating the illness IS in your highest good. We must all learn to own our creations … and the power that comes with this ability.)

Once you’ve established what kind of thoughts precipitated your condition, the next step is to identify what are the opportunity/opportunities being presented here? You do this by looking for the good in your illness, injury, or disease. Everyone in our group has faced a serious and/or life-threatening illness or disease, so we’re not talking out of our hat. We Know what it is to face a serious health crisis … but we also Know what it is to find the good in every single challenge that has come our way. It’s there, trust us … and keep looking … keep an open mind and, if you get stuck, Ask for Help. So often this exercise in looking for the good leads to even more spiritual growth, which ultimately leads to True Healing. During this entire identification of the mental cause and identifying the opportunities being presented, you often find resistance(s) popping up during your exploration of the issue(s). This is a part of your personality that resists change ~ even positive change gets the cold shoulder. Here’s where journaling is massively important. Journaling will definitely help you find where you have resistance to helping yourself to wellness. As odd as it sounds, we all have parts of ourselves that don’t want to get well. Usually, there’s some kind of under-the-table payoff for remaining sick. By that we mean that there is some hidden benefit you derive from being sick … someone’s extra attention, kindness or gentleness you don’t usually receive, time off from work, from kids, from the world ~ these are just a few ideas of what that under-the-table payoff could be. It’s crucial to be honest with yourself … and, here again, journaling is incredibly helpful. Also, don’t forget to Ask for Help.

2 ~ For a nice triplicity, we reiterate how important it is for you to “Ask for Help” … “Ask and it shall be given … Seek and you shall find … knock and the door will be opened unto you.” The Master Jesus Christ gave you a Truth to believe in … that help is always available, questions are always answered, and the knowledge you seek is always given … the only “catch” is, if in fact there is a “catch,” lies in the fact that those answers and help will come only when you’ve grown ready to receive them … which is one reason why patience is a valuable quality to develop in yourself. Patience is required for any healing process, big or small. Cycles in, cycles out. Thankfully, it isn’t one for one … you can break the cycle at any time, if you do the inner work, as outlined above. It’s impossible to cover everything about True Healing … and there is always more to learn. We can only give you so much information until you’ve grown into the ability to understand more complex information and techniques. But the bones of everything you need to heal is here in these Essential Concepts and distributed throughout this website. There is more detailed and complicated information contained on The Asceni pages, but they require a certain level of growth before it can be of any Real use to you. In the interim, always ask for help. No one in the Higher Realms can help you until you ask. Remember that.

And speaking of help, there are several excellent books on healing and many other subjects listed in the Reading Room.

3 ~ You would be doing yourself a really good turn by making contact with the most efficacious Healers there are. There is a cadre of Angels and Devas, grouped by color, whose dharma it is to help us whenever we call upon them … and an entire group of those Angels devoted exclusively to healing. Anyone can call upon the Angels for help and receive it. But there are also more effective ways to request the specific help you require. It’s worth mentioning that one of the best books for healing with the Angels, LaUna Huffines’ “Healing Yourself With Light,” is a detailed methodology that includes working with light, color, sound, vibration, the Directors of the physical body, your Soul, the Solar Angel, and the Angelic Healers. It’s a sure bet there are more great books on Angels and/or healing in print but our group was drawn to work with “Healing Yourself With Light” as well as several books by Louise Hay, already mentioned above in item #1. On a spiritual level, your work with the Angels can include working together to help the planet, one or more of the 3 lower Kingdoms, as well as healing yourself or helping others to heal with the Angels’ assistance.
Another powerful healing energy is called the Violet Flame. The Violet Flame has a long history as a healing energy and there is a good deal of information on the internet about the Violet Flame. We recommend the information offered on the Orin and DaBen website. The Violet Flame purifies whatever it is called upon to contact. You can stand inside the Violet Flame to be helped in letting go of old energy that no longer serves you. The Violet Flame can help to purify your mind and body, burn through potential health problems, and uplift you with its loving energy. Spend time standing in the Violet Flame and give that meat suit of yours a Real treat.
4 ~ In one definite sense, this entire website is founded on and includes Divine Will on every page and in every subject.  Our group mantra is: “Transmissions always work.” It’s important to note that They don’t always work the way you think They will, They may not work as fast as you want Them to, but They always change things for the better in some way.

You might have noticed that there are two different links on the words “Transmit” on the above list of 7 steps to True Healing. The first “Transmit” is a link to general, introductory information contained here in Essential Concepts. We’ve linked one page of The Library to the third “Transmit” because there you will find actual Qualities of the 7 Rays and the 7 Divine Wills. Additionally, there are 2 sets of basic meditations introducing you to the 7 Divine Wills, one each for two different groups who learned the Qualities in physical classes. If you wish to learn the Wills, you can read the information included in the link to the 3rd “Transmit” listed above and listen to the meditations. We encourage you to do both, in that order. Read the information first, then listen to the corresponding meditation. It doesn’t matter which set of meditations you listen to … you can even listen to both, it may prove helpful. The only thing further to say here is this: invoking and evoking Divine Will transmissions to every single aspect of your life is the single most transformational, life enhancing thing you could ever do.

5 ~ Affirmations, Mantras, and Lip Service all have one thing in common ~ they all utilize the Power of Your Voice to accomplish a purpose, whether that purpose is something physical, like sticking to a diet, or something mental, like changing the way you think about something, or something spiritual, like opening up to more of your Soul’s love for you. Affirmations are most effective when you keep reminders of them around your home and workplace, if possible. One really good place to put them is on your bathroom mirror. When it comes to affirmations, Louise Hay is a master. Her book: “Mirror Work” and both her healing books: “Heal Your Body” and “You Can Heal Your Life,” all contain at least one affirmation for every topic, subject, illness, disease, or spinal problem. Here on the website, we have a section entitled “Energize This!” which is a variety of affirmations, mainly in the form of “I AM” statements, all of them set to peaceful music.
Mantras have the weight of thousands of years of energizing behind them. That energy still persists to this day, thanks to the tireless efforts of Hindu, Sikh, and Yoga practitioners. All mantras are constructed from the highest thoughts the author could imagine. Each one has been chanted hundreds of millions of times …  probably more. Most mantras contain sacred words in Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language. Virtually all mantras and Kirtan are healing in some way … some for physical healing, like the Apadamapa, some meant to heal your relationship with Spirit, like Satguru Hoe Dayal, others are for emotional healing, and so on. It’s always worth your time to translate the more complicated mantras and Kirtan, which are basically mantras set to music in a “call and answer” style. Singing Kirtan with a group is very uplifting, energizing, and healing. See, Mantras and Kirtan.”  Chanting mantras is literally reprogramming your brain by blazing new pathways … pathways filled with Light accompanied by the sound of sacred words. What a wonderful ~ and easy ~ way to create a higher, finer life. Here again, it’s important to recognize that there’s power in the spoken word. Use it.
And then there’s “Lip Service.” Theos always tells us: “Lip service, works.” Some of the group members had trouble with lip service when we first started paying lip service to the things we wanted to happen, things we wanted to receive, people we wanted in our lives. For some, it felt like lying … for others it felt childish … for others, it felt uncomfortable to speak about things they wanted, as if it would “jinx” it somehow. (An ancient belief that was based on coincidences and took root in most cultures.) Lip service will not ‘jinx” it … it will bring whatever it is to you much faster than if you stay silent and don’t use the power of your voice for the good you wish to have in your life. Take a chance, every chance you get, to speak what you want into being. Pay it lip service … because Lip Service works.
6 ~ Stop here right now … we really want you to take your time to hear what we have to say about “Allowing” … because the ability to allow goodness into your life is absolutely vital to the process of True Healing. If you haven’t already, please click on the link to “Allowing” given above … if you’ve already read it, good … now read it again. Those 4 “requirements” for an open heart … you need to answer those about yourself … and be honest. Without being honest with yourself, you will never get far in your spiritual growth. If you find that you do not meet the criteria, go back to #1 here and start working the issue(s) until every no becomes a yes. You’d also do well, and benefit from, going back to our section on “Soul Contact” and taking the time to become very comfortable with the entire process of Soul Contact, Soul Alignment, and ultimately, Full Soul Expression. Soul, your personal Creator ~ the One Who Knows the number of hairs on the head of the body you wear ~ there is no more important relationship to cultivate. In fact, keep working your issue(s) and growing, until every positive point mentioned in the section on Allowing applies to you. We guarantee that once that’s True, you’ll be guiding the way for others. And you’ll be a master at allowing all your highest good into your life.
Ah, to Receive sounds so incredibly easy, right?? Just hold out your hand and take it. Sometimes it does work just like that … but when it comes to really receiving what you’ve asked to have, it doesn’t always come so easily to you. Why is that? What makes you hesitate, recoil, refuse, push away, ignore, or otherwise not receive what you’ve asked to have? A lot of those times, it has to do with “Deserving” as in, you didn’t work hard enough to deserve it, someone else deserves it more, someone else has waited longer … other times, your don’t feel you’re worthy of having it … or maybe it isn’t exactly what you wanted … or it didn’t come the way you thought it should … or only part of what you asked to have came, so it doesn’t count as actually getting what you asked to have, and so on…. Obviously, there could be any number of reasons why you don’t receive what you’ve asked to have. Spiritually speaking though, the definition of receiving is different from the mundane definition. The closest the dictionary comes in meaning to receiving is the word “accept.”
To receive something in the spiritual sense, is to bring it into yourself, going further than merely accepting it. Receiving is like breathing, and in fact, an excellent way to really receive something, especially a quality like courage, or an energy like healing, is to breathe it in. As you breathe in and out, imagine that quality or energy is going into you with the in-breath. While you’re breathing it in, make a point of recognizing that you have received what you asked to have. If it’s more physical, spend time examining it, harmonizing with it, and again, recognizing that you now have it. Recognizing that you have it, that it’s now part of your reality, tells all your inner parts: “See? We have received what we asked to have.” And that builds valuable Trust that yes, you can have what you want. And, it should go without saying: remember to receive everything with Gratitude. Not only does everything go better with Gratitude … Gratitude is magnetic to more of what you’re Grateful for … what could be better than that?
Too many LightWorkers are too quick to contact information and then move on, without actually integrating the information they’ve received. This means their spiritual growth is basically built on sand, easily eroded by the passage of time. Without integration, little or nothing at all is retained … shifts or insights are boiled down to a catch phrase without a meaningful foundation. No real progress is made as they move from class to class, technique to technique, dabbling in everything, but learning so very little. Always flitting from one new thing to another, always in search of the perfect, easy fix for whatever they are seeking to accomplish in their lives. And chances are, they will never find it.  Because every fund of knowledge requires integration to make it available to you whenever the need for it arises.
Integration is key to Real progress on the Path. Taking the time to integrate what you’ve learned in any given area, before you move on to another, gives depth and meaning to your learning. It provides for the opportunity to prove to yourself whether or not what you’ve learned stands the tests of time and experience. It is only through the use of the Truth imparted that you can truly Know a thing is, in fact, True. And, it is only through integration that you can truly own whatever piece of Truth you’ve gained … once integrated, it is truly yours … established as part of your fund of knowledge, part of your toolbox, and a resource you will use over and over again as you tread the Lighted Way.
Now, how do you integrate what you are learning?

First, as we mentioned above, you test the information for its Truth and its relevance to you and your Path. That’s really important … don’t blindly accept something just because someone you consider an authority said it. Test it! Make sure it is also True for you. Once you’ve established its Truth and relevance to you, now begins the process of integration. Make no mistake, integration is a process. It takes time, patience, and perseverance to integrate knowledge fully into yourself. But the process is not complicated. In fact, you’ve already read about it numerous times here on the website. You’ve seen it over and over, in various places.

It’s “Repetition.” Remember those millions of neurons forming a pathway in the physical brain? That’s integration. Simple repetition … over and over … again and again … as you repeat the new thought, repeat the new belief, repeat the new technique, and so on … you are integrating them into your fund of knowledge, blazing them into neural pathways in your physical brain, and making them an integral part of your consciousness.

7 ~ If you have not yet listened to “Why This, Why Me, Why Now?” on The Elevator, please do so before you begin reading this section. As discussed elsewhere on this website, there are 6 basic raw materials from which we either precipitate or manifest everything in our lives. Those raw materials are: thoughts, beliefs, emotions, attitudes, choices, and decisions. Of those 6, three are far easier to change than the other 3 … to draw an analogy to astrology, you could say that three were fixed, while the other three were cardinal/mutable.

Clearly, since everything begins with a thought, thoughts are cardinal, (initiating), energy. As the energy set in motion by those thoughts, emotions are notoriously changeable, (mutable), easily swayed by any number of factors. Being a result of using your imagination, choices are also subject to change from moment to moment, depending on your state of mind.

Beliefs, attitudes, and decisions, however, tend to be static and unchanging, (fixed) … never changed unless through diligent effort.

Google defines a belief as: “an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.”

Theos defines a belief as: “a firmly held idea which is not required to be factual or true … it only has to be credible to the person holding the belief.”

A belief starts with a decision you made ~ from the choices you thought you had at the time ~ regardless of whether or not you were consciously aware of making a decision to believe. Some idea, by some source you considered an authority ~ be it a person, something you read or saw or heard ~ persuaded you to believe that idea.

Then, in order for that decision to become a belief, you must continue to make that same decision to believe that idea, over and over again, until it becomes an integrated part of your belief system. By that time, it’s definitely subconscious and entrenched.

Of all the raw materials, it is belief systems that run this illusion. When you consider this illusion is constructed entirely of thought, what then is belief, if not the structure through which the thoughts flow? A belief system is a group of beliefs, centering on a specific subject, person, activity, or group.

We will say belief systems are amply aided by the attitudes that generally accompany them.

By the very nature of any belief structure, your attitudes also determine what new information you will accept and what information you will discard because it does not fit within the structure of your belief system. New information that directly challenges or contradicts the firmly held beliefs will be the most difficult to accept and the most likely to be discarded without further investigation.

Remember: attitudes are crystallized emotions ~ a set way of reacting to anything that “rocks the boat” in the belief system that underlies the attitude. These two are inextricably tied to one another. Every belief system is accompanied by a certain type of attitude that exists solely to uphold the belief system. To perpetuate it.

At this point, it’s important that you now grasp the significance of knowing what the beliefs you hold are. As you become familiar with the beliefs you hold, your belief systems will come into clearer view.

Here’s a for instance that may be familiar: you believe that eating butter will raise your cholesterol and make you fat. Coupled with that belief, is a belief that eating too much fruit will also make you fat and increase your blood glucose to a unhealthy level. The same kind of beliefs govern how much bread, pasta, potatoes, sweets, etc., you eat … your beliefs about food govern how much you eat, when you eat, what you eat, what you “should” do after you eat, etc., ad nauseam. That’s a belief system, governing a whole range of different beliefs, but all focused on the same element ~ food.

Only you can know how many belief systems you carry around with you every day, but rest assured, there are more of them than you might imagine and those you have concerning health and healing are more varied, complex, and pervasive than you know. This is why we strongly encourage you to sit down and do an Emotional Bankruptcy on your health, your beliefs about health, your beliefs about modern medicine (all types: pills, supplements, shots, vaccines, procedures, and surgeries, to name a few), and any other aspects to your health. Only then will you clearly know what modalities will help you heal and those which will not. This is especially important if you are facing a serious health crisis … this is literally no time to “switch horses in the middle of the stream.” If your beliefs dictate that you should follow conventional medicine, then do so. If you find that you are open to alternative healing methods, then pursue that course. No mode of medicine is more important than your beliefs about them. Remember: your beliefs create your reality … face the current crisis and follow your own inner wisdom about what path you should take to healing.

The way to True healing is contained on every page of this website, for it is devoted to your health on every level: physical, emotional, Mental and Spiritual.  Recommended reading: Louise Hay “Heal Your Body” and You Can Heal Your Life and “Mirror Work” … LaUna Huffines “Healing Yourself with Light” … Alice Bailey (and the Tibetan) “Esoteric Healing” … Matthew McKay, Ph.D. and Patrick Fanning “Self-Esteem” … Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D “The Biology of Belief” … Thomas Ashley-Ferrand “Healing Mantras”. For more reading on ALL aspects of True Healing, See, The Reading Room.

Key to True Healing is understanding … True understanding. The kind that comes from Knowing what it is that requires healing, doing the inner work, asking for help, calling upon the Angels, Devas and Directors, invoking the Violet Flame, Transmitting Divine Will, opening yourself up to Forgiveness, Allowing your healing to take place, and Believing that healing your condition is possible. And that is, in a nutshell, what True Healing is all about.
